Design – Project Management – Installation
This project involved the renovation of an occupied 10-story apartment building with 3 levels of underground parking. AFPS was the General Contractor for this project.
Scope items included:
- Design/build and installation of the fire sprinkler system to include dry-pipe systems in the garage levels and a fire pump connected to an existing standpipe system
- Design/build and installation of a complete fire alarm system to include voice evacuation
- Miscellaneous electrical upgrades (performed by AFPS) and new corridor finishes (sub-contracted)
Contract Value: $2,335,000.
